Nowshera Chamber of Commerce & Industry (NCCI) issues Visa Recommendation letters to its active members to facilitate them in grant of visas.

Issuance of Visa Recommendation Letter

The visa recommendation letters are issued for: –

• Visit abroad by a member for business meetings, attending conferences, seminars, exhibitions, business meetings, visits etc.

Checklist

• 1. Request on letterhead mentioning your purpose of visit
  2. Copy of passport
  3. Copy of CNIC
  4. Copy of Invitation Letter received from visiting country
  5. Copy of Appointment Letter (in case of company employee)

• Visit of foreign businessmen to Pakistan for business meetings, attending conferences, seminars, exhibitions, etc.

Checklist

1. Request on letterhead mentioning your purpose of visit to Pakistan
2. Copy of passport
3. Copy of Employee Card/Business Card

Fee details

1. Visa recommendation letters fee:

• Businessmen visiting abroad Rs.3000/-
• Foreign businessmen visiting Pakistan Rs.5000/-
• The issuance of Visa on Arrival letters Rs.5000/-

2. Multinational organizations including Oil & Gas companies:

• Multinationals/oil and gas companies Rs.5000/-
• Fee for the issuance of Visa on Arrival letter Rs.5000/-

3. Certificate of Origin / other business document attestations fee:

• Certificate of Origin per set Rs.1000/-
• Business documents Rs.1000/-
• Multinationals/oil and gas companies Rs.2500/-
• Letter for Bullet proof vehicles Rs.50,000/-
• Foreign Delegation & Expo Rs.50,000/-
